You might be tempted to go for “proven” individuals in the field; people that have a lot of years behind them in the branch, but this isn’t necessarily the right way. Experienced personnel isn’t cheap, at all, and you can never be 100% sure that they’re going to deliver, no matter how many closed deals they have under their belt.
